This app is a score pad for a card game. It collects the two things a score pad needs — the names you type and the numbers you enter — and nothing else. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no account.
Last updated 19 September 2026. Applies to version 1.1.
What the app stores
- Player names. Whatever you type when you set up a game. Most people use first names or nicknames; the app neither needs nor checks a real one.
- Game scores. The piles, bonuses and totals you enter each round, and the running scores derived from them.
- Your game settings. House rules, number of players, counting style.
- A random identifier. When first launched the app generates a random ID for itself. It marks which games belong to this installation so one phone can't overwrite another's. It is not derived from you, your device, or any advertising identifier, and it is discarded if you delete the app.
Where it is stored
On your device, first and always. The app works completely offline — a scorekeeper that stops working because the wifi at somebody's kitchen table is poor is a broken scorekeeper.
A copy is also kept on our database, hosted by Supabase on servers in the United States, so that a game can be picked up on another device and so a scoreboard can be shared with other people at the same table.
Sharing a scoreboard
If you tap Share this game, the app creates a six-character code. Anyone who enters that code can read that game's names and scores. They can only read it — they cannot change the score, and they get nothing else about you or your device. Tap Stop sharing and the code stops working.
Treat the code the way you would treat reading the score out loud: it is meant for the people at your table.
What we do not do
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics or usage tracking of any kind.
- No tracking across other apps or websites.
- No location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
- No selling or sharing of anything with anybody, ever.
- No account, no email address, no password.
Getting rid of your data
Delete a game in the app and it is removed from your device and from our database. Delete the app and everything stored on the device goes with it.
If you would like the cloud copy of your games removed and can tell us a share code you used, write to us and we will delete them.
Children
The app is rated 4+ and is safe for children to use, but it is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone. The only information the app holds is what somebody typed into a score pad.
Changes
If a future version collects something new, this page will say so before that version ships, and the change will be described in the app's release notes rather than quietly appearing here.
